Not in Words was born at the end of 2008.Working from several years on Animation and Multimedia field I often asked myself how I can create animation with a low pricing. It isn’t easy because into an animation studio to produce a cartoon, whether short or long, has costs which are difficult to eliminate. Acquiring software, study of characters, long years of professional training, the cost of the studio, the hours of work, etc. The birth of Social Network and Web 2.0 permitted to me to achieve to a project that I have been thinking for several years: to create free explanation videos, free for share, whom accompany by other videos intended for commercial use. Having to identify the style of the video and their target, I decided to create something that does not use spoken language. Something that can explains a concept without the use of spoken language. A kind of universal language made of images. This makes the video of Not in Words universally comprehensible and strikes at one stroke all the language barriers. The characteristic of the videos of Not in Words is their brevity. The maximum length of the video is three minutes. I’m convinced that to communicate you need to be brief and focus on the important points. The Not in Words’ free videos ranging between several categories: Health, Entertainment, Economy, and the Web. Our videos can be understood by all people without requiring special expertise in certain areas. Remember: you are free to share (with the code embed at the end of the video), download and circulate without paying anything. The only rules to follow are: * don’t alter the video and contents in any way * always indicate the author (Not in Words) * do not use any contents of Not in Words for commercial purposes * respect the terms of the License Agreement |
